In regards to keeping your drivers license; you have 15 days after your arrest to get an Administrative License Hearing (ALR). This hearing is your only chance to save your drivers license or get an occupational drivers license. So the first thing I do for my clients is to get that hearing scheduled as soon as possible. In some cases, you don’t even have to attend the hearing….I handle it alone.

In regards to beating the arrest or getting the charges reduced; As a former prosecutor, I am fortunate to be able to offer unique skills that few other Dallas DWI Attorneys can claim because I have worked on both sides of the table.
